tl:dr Covid-19 teaching resources

The abundance of teaching guides, instructor blogs, and general publications of reflections and suggestions regarding the sudden transition to online teaching has me fatigued at this point. What gets through my resistance to read closely are things that I find new compliments to the obvious.
